Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 48 hours on business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping Times
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. NutriVitalPro™ is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact us at NutriVitalPro@Outlook.com. We will work with the carrier to assist where possible, but NutriVitalPro™ is not liable for carrier-related delays or losses once the order has been handed over to the shipping provider.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at NutriVitalPro@Outlook.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you.
